Renaissance Insurance Group Public Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Insurer) offers to execute an insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the Insurance Contract or Insurance Policy) for the property interests of persons traveling in accordance with issued electronic travel documents (hereinafter referred to as the electronic ticket) on terms and conditions specified in General Terms for insurance of medical, medical and transportation, additional expenses of residents traveling outside of their permanent place of residence No. 1.1, approved by the Order of CEO of Renaissance Insurance Group PJSC No. 048 dated April 25, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms of Insurance"), including Additional Terms and Conditions No. 1 "Terms and Conditions of Accident Insurance", Table of insurance payouts (of 83 items) for the peril of Bodily injury, Additional terms and conditions No. 4 "Conditions for insurance of contingent expenses of individuals incurred due to flight delays and other trip events", Additional conditions No. 11 "Applicable Insurance terms and conditions if planned trip/flight is impossible to make".
This insurance cover is voluntary. You have the right to execute an Insurance Contract and pay insurance premium. Execution of Insurance Contract shall not be required for electronic ticket purchasing.
In accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment of insurance premium included in the total value of an electronic ticket and additional services shall mean unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
Insurer: Renaissance Insurance Group Public Joint Stock Company conducting insurance business in accordance with laws of the Russian Federation and licenses of the Bank of Russia SL No. 1284, SI No. 1284, issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation without limitation of validity.
Policyholder: Under hereof, the Policyholder shall mean the Insured Person him/herself or his/her legal representatives if the Insured Person is an incapacitated individual.
Insured person: an individual specified in the insurance policy who traveling as a passenger in accordance with electronic tickets, for whose benefit the insurance contract has been executed.
