This offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an offer addressed to an unlimited number of individuals (hereinafter referred to as – Users) of the limited liability company "ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY" (LLC "ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY") (hereinafter referred to as – the Rightholder of the Program) to conclude a license agreement for granting the right to use the Computer Program for the purpose of issuing Electronic tickets for various types of transport and Related services, processing the exchange and return of Electronic travel documents for air transport, rail transport, bus, road and water transport and other electronic documents for the registration of Related services using the Program located on the information resource of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC. The Rightholder of the Program is a participant of the Skolkovo project.
Issuing the Electronic Tickets or the Related Services through this Service, the User agrees to all the below terms and conditions with the rules for the carriage of passengers and baggage of Aeroflot PJSC.
This agreement is a mixed agreement that includes a license agreement (regarding the use of the Program by providing access to the Program) and an agency agreement (regarding the registration, exchange and return of Electronic travel documents for air transport, rail transport, bus, road and water transport and other electronic documents for the registration of related services using the Program).

1.1. The Rightholder of the Program undertakes to grant the User, on the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license, the right to use the Program, through which the User gets access to the registration, exchange and return of Electronic Travel Documents for air transport, rail transport, bus, road and water transport and other electronic documents for the registration of Related Services using the Program.
1.2. The Program is provided to the User with the right to use the data and commands available within the information resource of the Rightholder of the Program, to the extent necessary for the execution of Orders using the Program and with the restrictions provided for in this Offer.
1.3. The User is not entitled to grant sublicenses.
1.4. The territory of the User's use of the Program is not limited on a territorial basis (it is permissible to use the Program in the ways and within the limits established by this paragraph on the territory of the whole world). The right to use the Program is granted by the Rightholder of the Program to the User by providing the User with remote access to the information and technological resources of the Program for issuing Electronic tickets for various types of transport and Related services specified in clause 1.1 of this Offer.
1.5. The Rightholder of the Program guarantees to the User that he has exclusive rights in relation to the Program, and that he is not aware of any claims and claims in relation to the Program from third parties.
1.6. Through the use of the Program, the User can issue Electronic Tickets for the following types of transport: air transport, buses, Aeroexpress trains, rail transport, water transport.
1.7. The Rightholder of the Program grants the User the right to use the Program, while the conditions of carriage and conditions for the provision of Related Services are set by Carriers and/ or Suppliers directly engaged in a specific transportation or providing Related Services.
1.8. For the use of the Program, including when making a refund and/or exchanging Electronic Tickets and/or Related services, the Rightholder of the Program charges the User the Remuneration, which is included in the total cost of the Order and is displayed in the cash receipt. Remuneration is not charged for the use of the Program when issuing or returning E-tickets for Aeroexpress and when registering any type of insurance through the Program. The Rightholder of the Program does not charge the User any other payments.
1.9. The Rightholder of the Program and the Program under the terms of this Offer provides the User with the following opportunities:
1.9.1. search and familiarization with information about transportation routes by various modes of transport.
1.9.2. formation of an intermodal route from the point of departure to the destination.
1.9.3. information about the time of arrival/departure of vehicles on transportation routes.
1.9.4. information about the availability of Related Services and their content.
1.9.5. the opportunity to get acquainted with the cost of the transportation service.
1.9.6. the possibility to issue Electronic tickets for various modes of transport specified in clause 1.1 of this Offer.
1.9.7. the ability to arrange available Related services.
1.9.8. the possibility to return/exchange Electronic tickets previously issued through the Program for various modes of transport specified in clause 1.1 of this Offer in accordance with the rules of Carriers' tariffs/Suppliers in your Personal Account.
1.9.9. the possibility to issue an insurance policy, which, in case of violation of the route due to the actions of Carriers (schedule changes, cancellation of one of the transportation segments, violation of the terms of previous segments) guarantees compensation in the amount of the cost of tickets that the Passenger could not use.
1.10. The Rightholder of the Program reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer and/or withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion without any special notice to the User. The changes made by the Rightholder of the Program to the Offer come into force from the moment the changes are posted on https://aeroflot.tripandfly.ru. All appendices to the Offer are an integral part of it.
1.11. The License is granted to the User accordingly for the duration of the Offer.
1.12. This License applies to all subsequent updates/new versions of the Program. By agreeing to the installation of an update / new version of the Program, the User accepts the terms of this License for the corresponding updates / new versions of the Program, unless the update / installation of a new version of the Program is accompanied by another License Agreement.
1.13. The License is provided to the User on an "as is" basis. The Rightholder does not guarantee compliance of the Program (or other information posted in the Program) with the goals and expectations of the User, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Program as a whole and its individual functions, and systems in particular, the Rightholder of the Program has the right at any time to completely or partially change the systems, as well as the functionality provided by the Program.
1.14. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible and does not compensate for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Program and the information posted in the Program. The User understands and agrees that he must independently assess all risks associated with the use of information posted in the Program, including an assessment of its reliability, completeness, security, legality or usefulness.
1.15. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the availability of resources linked to in the Program, including the availability of partner sites, as well as for compliance of such resources with legal requirements.
1.16. The Rightholder of the Program grants the right to use the Program exclusively through a website with a certain design (interface) and functional content. The User undertakes to exercise due diligence when placing Orders, in particular, to check the website address for the presence of other elements, letters and numbers, to be attentive to the design (interface) and functional content. In case of any doubts about the authenticity of the site where the Order is placed, the User undertakes to contact the Rightholder of the Program for clarification. If the User makes a payment on fraudulent (phishing) sites, the Rightholder of the Program is released from any responsibility to the victim, the latter has the right to apply to law enforcement agencies to protect their rights.
1.17. The moment of conclusion of the Contract is the moment when the Rightholder of the Program receives the acceptance of the Offer by the User. The place of conclusion of the Contract is considered to be the city of Moscow.
1.18. Before accepting the Offer, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with all the terms of this Offer.
1.19. By accepting the terms of the Offer, the User fully confirms his legal and legal capacity to conclude the contract, financial viability, and is also aware of responsibility for the obligations imposed on him as a result of the conclusion of the contract.
1.20. In terms of granting the right of access to the use of the Program, the Rightholder of the Program is considered to have fully fulfilled the obligations assumed under the terms of this Offer at the time of providing the User with Electronic Tickets, Electronic documents, fiscal receipts issued as part of the created Order by sending them to the email address specified by the User when Placing the Order and attaching them to the Order in the Personal Account The User of the Program.
1.21. The Carrier is liable to the Passenger in accordance with the Contract of Carriage and the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the segments of carriage performed by him. Claims not related to the Carrier's obligations under the Contract of Carriage on the segments performed by it cannot be brought against the Carrier.
1.22. In accordance with clause 5, part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", consent to the processing of personal data of an individual is not required in case of conclusion of a contract on the initiative of a citizen. Accepting the terms of this Offer, in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Personal Data Processing Policy, the User gives the Rightholder of the Program his consent to the processing of personal data in order to fulfill the terms of the Offer to conclude a License Agreement to grant the right to use the Computer Program for the purpose of issuing electronic tickets for various types of transport and related services and granting the right to use the Computer Program in order to arrange the exchange and/ or refund of electronic tickets for various types of transport and Related services. The User gives his consent to the processing of personal data necessary for placing an Order by marking in the appropriate checkboxes before payment and Registration of Electronic Documents.
1.23. The Personal Data Processing Policy is posted on the website https://aeroflot.tripandfly.ru/.
1.24. The processing of the User's personal data under the Contract of Carriage is carried out by the Carrier, which bears the responsibility established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The processing of the User's personal data within the framework of the Contract with the Supplier for the provision of Related Services is carried out by the relevant Supplier, who bears the responsibility established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by the Carrier or Supplier. The Rightholder of the Program is responsible for the processing of personal data exclusively within the framework of the execution of this Offer.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program shall:
2.1.1. Provide to the User remote access to the information and technological resources of the Program for issuance of the Electronic Tickets for different types of transport and the Related Services specified in clause 1.1 hereof.
2.1.2. Provide to the User full information about the selected route (types of Aircraft, schemes of railway cars, time of departure and arrival, travel time, norms for check-in and cabin luggage transportation, etc.) received from the Carriers.
2.1.3. In the course of reservation and issuing the Electronic Tickets, provide to the User information about the rules of the corresponding rate.
2.1.4. Ensure that the User has a technical ability to issue the Electronic Tickets and the Electronic Documents for the Related Services.
2.1.5. Ensure that the User has a technical ability to pay for the Electronic Tickets and the Related Services.
2.1.6. Send to the User the Order Data, the Electronic Documents and a link to access the Personal account to the email address specified by the User.
2.1.7. Provide to the User informational, organizational, technical consultations on the operation of the Program.
2.1.8. . Provide assistance to the User through the CC (support service) ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC by e-mail support@tripandfly.ru and by phone +7 800-500-94-51, +7 (495) 260-45-84.
2.1.9. Grant the User the right to post-sale service of the Order by means of the Program in the User's Personal Account on the Internet information and telecommunications network at: https://aeroflot.tripandfly.ru.
2.1.10. If the User repudiates the contract by placing a request for deletion of his Personal account or by withholding his consent to personal data provision, the Rightholder of the Program shall suspend processing of and ensure deletion of the User’s personal data in the absence of active orders by the legally established dates. If there are active Orders of the User, the Rightholder of the Program shall continue processing the personal data under article 6 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On personal data" and after achieving the personal data processing goals shall suspend processing of the personal data and ensure deletion thereof by the legally established dates.
2.2. The Rightholder of the Program has the right:
2.2.1. Update and install new versions of the Program.
2.2.2. Manage the algorithms of search, registration of Electronic tickets and Related services in the Program.
2.2.3. At its discretion, without notifying Users, make changes in the functionality and interface of the Program, the visual display of the interface elements of the Program.
2.2.4. To establish and include in the total cost of the Order the amount of Remuneration for using the Program on the terms of this Offer. The Remuneration is non-refundable.
2.2.5. Monitor the User's actions for their compliance with the terms of this Offer and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2.6. Give recommendations to the User on working with the Program.
2.3. Limitation of liability of the Rightholder of the Program:
2.3.1. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the negative consequences and losses that have arisen through no fault of his, including:
2.3.1.1. if it is impossible to perform the obligations due to incorrectness or incompleteness of information provided by the User or due to failure of the User to comply with the established rules for issuance of and payment for the Order.
2.3.1.2. for changing, canceling, changing the dates/time of, delaying the flights, railway trains, Aeroexpress electric trains, buses, water transport, replacement of the Carrier, change of schedule, change of the ticket price, stopping to apply the rate, canceling the unpaid or paid reservations, for safety, loss of or damage to the luggage, the cargo, the valuables, and the documents of the Passengers/the Users during the whole trip. In such cases, the Carriers and Service Providers shall be liable to the Passenger/the User in accordance with the Transportation Contracts/Service Contracts and the current Russian law.
2.3.1.3. In case of delay, cancellation, change of schedule of the flight of one of the Carriers included in the intermodal route.
2.3.1.4. For actions of the customs and immigration authorities.
2.3.1.5. due to limitation of the User’s right to exit and enter the Russian Federation imposed by the competent authorities.
2.3.1.6. For consequences of the User’s failure to comply with the customs and border formalities, the travel and luggage transportation rules as well as for the User’s failure to comply with the special rules of conduct in the country of temporary stay.
2.3.1.7. For failure of the User to carry Travel Documents /Electronic Documents issued by the Right holder of the Program.
2.3.1.8. For failure of the User to arrive or late arrival of the User for the flight check-in, boarding on the aircraft, to the place of the train, bus, water transport vehicle, motor vehicle departure on time.
2.3.1.9. For failure of the User to comply with the rules of conduct on board of aircraft, trains, electric trains, water transport vehicles, buses and other motor vehicles established by the Carrier.
2.3.1.10. For failure of the User to have valid foreign passports, visas, corresponding documents governing children transportation by the time of the trip.
2.3.1.11. For ban from transportation if the expected period of stay in the country of destination ends after expiration of the User’s identity document or the validity period of the User’s identity document is smaller than the period established by the law of the country of destination for exit, transit, stop or arrival.
2.3.1.12. For denial of the payment system to transfer the money for payment of the User’s Order.
2.3.2. The Rightholder of the Program shall not be liable for any losses and moral harm suffered by the User because of failure of the User to correctly understand or understand this Offer and information on the procedure for receipt and use of the Electronic Tickets.
2.3.3. All references to external web resources published on the Program or contained herein and in the annexes hereto are for information purposes only. The Rightholder of the Program shall not be liable for the information published on the external web resources as well as for its relevance.
2.4. The User shall:
2.4.1. In order to use the Program, agree to the terms of the Offer.
2.4.2. Ensure completeness and correctness of the information specified in the payment form used to pay for the Order, check data about the Order before its issuance and reservation.
2.4.3. Ensure completeness and correctness of the information specified upon issuance of the travel documents such as last name, name and patronymic in accordance with the Carrier’s/Service Provider’s requirements, the type of and data from the identification documents, the type of and data from the documents establishing the right to enter foreign states, the contact details and other details requested at the time and after issuance of the travel documents.
2.4.4. Use the Program solely for the purpose of Issuing Electronic Tickets and Related Services, as well as subsequent servicing of completed Orders using the Program (refund / exchange of Electronic Tickets and other operations).
2.4.5. In case of actions in the interests of third parties, the User undertakes to inform such persons about the conditions for granting the right to use the Program, including all rules and restrictions.
2.4.6. The User is personally responsible for fulfilling all the conditions necessary for the execution of an Order formed using the Program: independently familiarize themselves with the requirements of customs, passport, visa and other control of countries on the selected route, including those concerning the validity of identity documents and the rules for the carriage of baggage, cargo and valuables. The User assumes full responsibility for the preparation of all documents necessary for the trip, such as a visa, a valid passport, documents necessary for the departure of minor children.
2.5. The User may:
2.5.1. Use the Program on the terms of the Offer.
2.5.2. To exchange and return Electronic Tickets and Electronic Documents issued using the Program in accordance with the Rules of the Applied Tariff in the User's Personal Account.
2.5.3. Contact the CC (User Support Service) regarding the operation of the Program, the procedure for Issuing Electronic Tickets and Related Services using the Program, as well as their return/exchange The Rightholder of the Program (ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC). The contact details for contacting the Customer Support Service are specified in section 4 of this Offer.
2.5.4. Send to the Rightholder of the Program your suggestions for improving the operation and functionality of the Program by e-mail support@tripandfly.ru .
The User and the Rightholder of the Program shall be free from responsibility for partial or full nonperformance of obligations under this Offer if this nonperformance was due to circumstances of insuperable force occurring after acceptance of this Offer a result of force-majeure circumstances that the party could not foresee or prevent by reasonable means (force-majeure). Such circumstances of insuperable force include acts of God, accidents, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, fires, civil unrest, strikes, revolutions, military operations, enactment of statutes, governmental decrees and governmental orders directly or indirectly prohibiting the types of activity specified herein as well as other circumstances beyond reasonable control of the User and the Rightholder of the Program preventing performance of obligations under this Offer.

For all other matters not provided for in this Offer, the Parties are guided by the applicable legislation, rules and requirements of the Carrier and the Service Provider.
To issue the air ticket, the User shall perform the following actions:
1.1. Enters the required destination and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects an appropriate flight in terms of schedule and price from the list of offered options. The price shall be given for one standard adult passenger.
1.3. Selects the transportation rate according to the services desired and the terms and conditions for application of the rate. Enters data of the Passengers (including their dates of birth) or selects them from those saved earlier for a required number of persons.
1.4. Receives confirmation of reservation and full price of the transportation for all passengers given all applicable discounts per types of passengers (children aged under 2, children aged from 2 to 12).
1.5. Optionally, checks the list of Related Services available in addition to the selected flights (additional luggage, certain seats, additional meals, etc.), adds the desirable services to the Order.
1.6. Checks and confirms correctness of all data of the reservation: the dates and time, the destination, the airports of departure and arrival, the personal details, the passport details and contact details of the Passengers, the Related Services, the price of the Order.
1.7. Familiarizes himself with and accepts the rules of transportation, the Rate Rules and the set of services included in the rate, the rules for provision of the Related Services if the Related Services were included in the Order (and shall inform the third persons in case of acting on behalf thereof).
1.8. Pays for the Order.
1.9. Receives the travel documents and the fiscal receipt in the Personal account of the User of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC and by email.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue Electronic air tickets and additional services related to air transportation, as well as using the Program it is possible to carry out operations of exchange and refund of air tickets and Related services. The Rightholder of the Program is not a party to the air carriage agreement, the obligations under which arise for the Carrier and the Passenger
2.2. Prior to issuing the air ticket, the User shall familiarize himself with requirements of the current law with regards to entering into the air carriage agreement.
2.3. In the course of issuing the air ticket, the User shall familiarize himself with the Rules of the Rate at which the User purchases the air ticket, including the terms and conditions of its exchange and refund as well as the price, the rules of issuance, cancellation and refund of the Related Services if the Related Services are included in the Order.
2.4. Information on the transportation published on the portal is received by the Rightholder of the Program through exchange protocols of third party systems, which include the reservation systems, the global distribution systems, the integrated reservations systems, web resources and other informational resources of the Carriers. Other than in cases directly provided for by law, the Rightholder of the Program shall not be liable for incompleteness or incorrectness of the information provided by the Carrier.
2.5. Information on the price of the flight posted before the reservation is of informational character and may be changed by the Carrier or the reservation system at the time of reservation. The User has every right to decline issuance of the air ticket if the price of the flight changes at the time of reservation.
2.6. The User shall independently finalize the Order for the air ticket. The Order shall be automatically processed, the Rightholder of the Program shall not finalize the Order for the User and shall not enter any data or changes to the Order without direct instructions from the User.
2.7. The User shall indicate correct and very accurate data requested by the Program when creating the reservation and shall accept all legal and commercial risks related to erroneous or misleading data provided when creating the reservation.
2.8. The User understands that indicating incorrect last name, first name and date of birth of the passenger, which do not coincide with the data in his identification document used during transportation, may lead to refusal of the Carrier to provide the service. Reissuance of such Electronic Tickets shall be pursuant to the rules of the Carrier.
2.9. The User understands that the indication of incorrect information about the identity document, such as the number and expiration date, may lead to additional fees on the part of the Carrier and payment of additional Remuneration to the Rightholder of the Program for making changes to the Order and to the Electronic Ticket.
2.10. The User understands that in case of indicating incorrect or outdated contact details neither the Carrier nor the Rightholder of the Program shall be liable for inability to notify the passengers and the User of the information about changes to the schedule, cancellation or delay of the flights, extreme circumstances and other important information about the flight.
2.11. The User understands that he is solely liable for errors in the dates, the selected flights or reservation classes and other material details of the trip.
2.12. The Rate Rules are broadcast by the Rightholder of the Program in the course of creation of the Order and can be accessed for familiarization therewith by clicking on the active link of the rate code. The Rightholder of the Program receives content of the rules from the reservation systems of the Carrier or authorized Carriers and transfers them "as is".
2.13. When finalizing the Order for an international flight, the User shall ensure that all passengers have visas for the flight along the entire route including but not limited to having transit visas for connecting flights and shall be aware of the visa rules of the states to/from which they travel. If the visa regime, the customs, immigration and other rules of the states to/from/through which the passengers travel under a corresponding Order is not complied with, the said passengers may be deported.
2.14. The User needs to pay for the reserved Order within the period specified in the Personal account of the User of the Program of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC. If the User fails to make payment within the specified period, the Order shall be canceled and the reservation procedure needs to be repeated.
2.15. By making the payment, the User agrees to comply with the rules, the terms and conditions imposed by the Carrier the service of which he acquires. If the User does not understand the rules of the Carrier, the User shall refer to the service desk of the Rightholder of the Program or the Carrier to find out the information. By issuing the travel document, the User agrees with all corresponding terms and conditions, the rules and limitations of the Carrier and the applied rate.
2.16. In case of an error in the course of payment or issuance of the air ticket leading to the need to rebook the flight, the price of the ticket may rise. In such case the Rightholder of the Program shall notify the User about the changes and shall not issue the air ticket without an explicit consent of the User to the new terms and the new price and shall refund the money paid in case of refusal of the User to purchase the air ticket on the new conditions.
2.17. The Rightholder of the Program acts as an agent of Carriers when booking and issuing Electronic Tickets. When issuing a ticket, the Rightholder of the Program charges the Remuneration. The amount of Remuneration is included in the cost of the corresponding service.
2.18. The registration of the ticket confirms the fact of using the Program and after registration, the Remuneration is not refundable.
3.1. The issued air tickets shall be refunded (the air carriage agreement terminated) only in the Personal account of the Owner in strict compliance with the Rate Conditions for the rate selected by the passenger upon issuance of the air ticket, the Regulations for Passengers and Luggage Air Service, the Air Code of the Russian Federation, the Rules for Formation and Application of Rates for Passenger and Luggage Scheduled Air Services, Collection of Charges in Civil Aviation approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 155 dated 25.09.2008, the Federal Aviation Rules “General Rules for Air Service of Passengers, Luggage, Cargo and Requirements to Service of Passengers, Consignees and Consignors” approved by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 82 dated 28.06.2007. Whether the ticket can be refunded refund depends on the Rate Rules selected by the passenger upon issuance of the air ticket.
3.2. If a partially used air ticket is refunded (if allowed by the Rate Rules), the difference between the rate paid and the rate for the actually performed part of the route shall be refunded and a charge established by the Rate Rules for the applied rate shall be withheld.
3.3. The Remuneration for the registration of the ticket will not be refunded upon return.
3.4. The Remuneration for of 950 rubles per ticket is charged for the refund operation.
3.5. The refund of the cost of the Carrier's Related Services related to the return segments of the flight is made on the terms and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Carrier's rules. The Remuneration of the Rightholder of the Program for the operation of the return of Related services, if it is performed simultaneously with the return of the Electronic ticket, is not charged.
3.6. If the User wishes to return only Related Services, without abandoning the carriage itself, with which they are associated, the refund is carried out on the terms and in the manner prescribed by the rules of the Carrier or Service Provider. An additional Remuneration for is charged for using the Program in the amount of 500 rubles.
3.7. All refund requests are processed on a priority basis and depend on the date of departure of the flight.
3.8. The Carrier has the right to request documents confirming the circumstances entailing the need to return air tickets.
3.9. The processing time of the ticket refund request is from 1 to 12 hours.
3.10. The funds are returned to the bank card from which the payment was made.
3.11. Funds are credited to the account within 3 to 30 days from the date of the refund and depends on the bank that issued the card.
4.1. The exchange of air tickets is carried out strictly in accordance with the Conditions of Application of the Fare chosen by the Passenger when issuing the ticket, the Rules of Air Transportation of Passengers and baggage of the Carrier, the Air Code of the Russian Federation, the Rules for the Formation and Application of Tariffs for Regular air transportation of Passengers and baggage, collection of fees in the field of civil aviation, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 25.09.2008 No. 155, Federal aviation Rules "General Rules for the air transportation of Passengers, baggage, cargo and requirements for the service of passengers, Shippers, consignees", approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 28.06.2007 No. 82. The possibility of carrying out an exchange depends on the Rules of Application of the Fare chosen by the passenger when booking the ticket.
4.2. The ticket is exchanged only for the flight of the same Carrier for which the original ticket was issued. If it is necessary to change the Carrier, it is necessary to refund the ticket and issue a new one. The Remuneration for of 1,400 rubles is charged for the operation of exchanging an air ticket for one ticket (including, but not limited to, for the operation of exchanging an air ticket for a Passenger under the age of two (an infant) without taking a seat).
4.3. Air ticket is a contract of carriage between a Passenger and a Carrier without the right of assignment to third parties, therefore it is impossible to reissue a ticket for another Passenger.
4.4. All exchange requests are processed on a priority basis and depend on the date of departure of the flight.
4.5. Exchange requests are accepted more than 24 hours before departure. If it is necessary to carry out an exchange in less than 24 hours, it is recommended to contact the CC of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC immediately after the exchange request in your Personal Account for the fastest exchange in the system.
4.6. In agreement with the terms of the exchange and the surcharge, the User will need to make an additional payment within the specified time. Payment is possible by any bank card.
4.7. After confirming the exchange payment, new Electronic Documents and a fiscal receipt will be available in the Personal Account of the Program User and sent to the email address specified at the initial booking.
4.8. The Carrier has the right to request documents confirming the circumstances entailing the need to exchange air tickets.
4.9. In case of exceptional need, the passenger can directly contact the Carrier to exchange the ticket.
5.1. Charter transportation - transportation performed by the Carrier in accordance with the contract of chartering of all or part of the capacity of the vehicle, understood in terms of Article 787 of Chapter 40 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
5.2. When ordering air tickets using the Program for charter transportation, a certificate confirming the right to receive an e-ticket itinerary receipt is issued. This certificate is not an electronic ticket and is not valid for the flight. No later than check-in for the flight, instead of the certificate, an electronic ticket is issued and sent by the Rightholder of the Program to the User at the e-mail address specified during booking. A passenger is allowed to fly only if there is an electronic ticket itinerary receipt and an identity document (the type of identity document is established by the rules of transportation of Charter Transportation Providers).
5.3. The User is solely responsible for familiarizing himself with the conditions of application of the charter fare, for tracking the e-mail specified at the time of booking for obtaining a certificate and an electronic ticket and ensuring their availability before departure, as well as for clarifying and (or) receiving information about changes received from the Rightholder of the Program on the basis of information, provided by Charter Transportation Providers. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the information received from Charter Transportation Providers.
5.4. Charter providers can replace the departure time, airports, flight numbers, air carrier, aircraft type. No later than check-in for the return flight, the Passenger must check the information about the return flight. In case of non-appearance of the Passenger on the first flight, the ticket for the return flight is subject to cancellation.
5.5. If the User refuses transportation for any reason, the cost of charter transportation will not be refunded, the conditions of charter transportation will not be changed at the User's initiative (certificate/itinerary receipt exchange).
To issue an Electronic ticket for long-distance trains, the User performs the following actions:
1.1. Sets the desired direction and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects a flight suitable according to the schedule and cost, the type of car from the list of suggested options. The price is based on the 1st standard adult passenger.
1.3. Selects the required number of seats (in accordance with the number of Passengers)
1.4. Enters Passenger data or selects them from previously saved ones. If there is a child under 5 years old among the Passengers and they intend to take him without providing a separate seat, he puts a mark in the check-box "Add a child without taking a seat (up to 5 years old at the time of the trip)" and enters the data of such a Passenger.
1.5. Receives booking confirmation.
1.6. Checks and confirms the correctness of all the data in the booking: date and time, direction, departure and destination stations, passport data of Passengers, the cost of the Order.
1.7. Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage, the Rules for the Application of the Tariff and the level of services included in the tariff (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them), the amount of Remuneration established by the Rightholder of the Program in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
1.8. Pays for the Order by cashless payment (using bank payment cards).
1.9. Receives Electronic documents and a fiscal receipt in the User's Personal Account and by e-mail.
1.10. After the response about the successful purchase, the control/ boarding coupons of the order (depending on the status of electronic registration) are provided to the User in pdf format. The number of control/boarding coupons corresponds to the number of electronic travel documents (tickets) in the order.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue Electronic Tickets and Related Services for long-distance trains, as well as the possibility of Electronic registration, ticket refund operations using the Program.
2.2. The Rightholder of the Program is not a party to the carriage agreement under which the Carrier and the Passenger accept obligations.
2.3. To be able to travel by a long distance train, the passenger is issued the Electronic Ticket to any station included in the travel route of this train, and the ticket shall specify a reserved seat.
2.4. The User shall indicate correct and totally accurate data requested by the Program when creating the reservation and shall accept all legal and commercial risks related to erroneous or misleading data provided when creating the reservation.
2.5. The User understands that indicating incorrect last name, first name, date of birth and information about the documents of the passenger, which do not coincide with the data in his identification document used during transportation, may lead to refusal of the Carrier to provide the service.
2.6. The sale of Electronic tickets is carried out:
3.1. The Passenger may travel with children under 5 years of age without paying for them if the children do not take a separate seat.
3.2. To travel with a child under 5 years of age when the child is not provided a separate seat, one needs to issue a free ticket.
3.3. In one Order, one adult can issue not more than one free ticket for a child.
4.1. The Electronic Ticket shall be refunded in the Personal account of the User of the Program of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC.
4.2. To finalize the refund of the Electronic Ticket, one needs to perform the following operations:
4.3. The refund shall be automatically processed by the Program.
4.4. The money shall be refunded to the bank card from which the payment was made within 7 to 30 days.
5.1. Non-used Electronic Tickets shall be refunded in accordance with the Rate Terms and Conditions and the rules for refund of travel documents of RZD JSC, the Rules for Transportation of Passengers, Luggage, and Cargo by Railway Transport” (approved by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 352 dated 05.09.2022).
5.2. Refunds for partially unused travel documents using the Program are not made.
5.3. An unused e-ticket for a long-distance train can be returned in the User's Personal Account if it was issued by the Program and the ticket was not printed out at the Carrier's ticket offices on the form of a travel document.
5.4. If the User has carried out electronic registration, the unused electronic ticket is returned no later than 1 hour before the departure of the train from the starting station of the route.
5.5. When returning electronic tickets issued in one order to a carriage of any class, with the exception of special luxury class compartments, it is possible to refund the ticket for one of the passengers.
5.6. When returning e-tickets issued in special luxury compartments, the entire cost of the order is refunded. The program does not provide an opportunity to return some of the seats from the full order.
5.7. The User who returns unused e-tickets acts on behalf of all Passengers of the Order, in connection with which all Passengers of the Order are considered informed of the cancellation of the trip.
5.8. The Rightholder of the Program charges an additional Remuneration of 150 rubles for the refund operation. for a ticket with a separate seat.
5.9. An electronic ticket issued through the Program is invalid for boarding and traveling on long-distance trains without passing electronic registration.
5.10. Electronic ticket registration is carried out automatically when tickets are issued using the Program.
Tickets for Long Distance Trains shall not be exchanged. If changes need to be made, the Electronic Ticket shall be refunded and a new Electronic Ticket shall be issued.
To issue an Electronic ticket for high-speed trains with the provision of seats, the User performs the following actions:
1.1. Sets the desired direction and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects a flight suitable according to the schedule and cost, the type of car and the place from the list of suggested options. The price is based on the 1st standard adult passenger.
1.3. Sets the required number of Passengers and their type (adults, children with seats, children without seats).
1.4. The possibility of issuing non-cash tickets for children under 5 years old (without specifying seats) is determined by the peculiarity of the Program. If, using the Program, the User cannot issue a non-cash ticket for a child under the age of 5 without specifying a seat, he must issue such a ticket at the Carrier's ticket office.
1.5. Enters Passenger data or selects them from previously saved ones.
1.6. Receives booking confirmation.
1.7. Checks and confirms the correctness of all data in the booking: date and time, direction, passport data of Passengers, the cost of the Order.
1.8. Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage, the Rules for the Application of the Tariff and the level of services included in the tariff (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them).
1.9. Pays For The Order.
1.10. Receives Electronic documents and a fiscal receipt in the User's Personal Account and by e-mail.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program, I grant the User the right to issue Electronic Tickets and Related services for high-speed suburban trains with the provision of seats, as well as the possibility of Electronic registration, ticket refund operations using the Program.
2.2. The Rightholder of the Program is not a party to the contract of carriage under which the Carrier and the Passenger have obligations.
2.3. To travel on a commuter train with guaranteed provision of seats, the Passenger is issued an Electronic ticket indicating a separate seat to any station (stopping point) included in the route of this train.
2.4. An electronic commuter train ticket with guaranteed seats is valid for travel on the date, time and route of the train specified in it.
2.5. Registration of E-tickets for high-speed suburban trains with the provision of seats can be made within 10 days and before the date of departure of the train from the Passenger station. Ordering on the day of departure of the train is carried out no later than 1 hour before the departure of the train from the Passenger boarding station.
2.6. These Rules are informational in nature. Before issuing tickets for high-speed suburban trains, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of the contract of carriage and regulatory documents regulating the rules and procedure for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by rail.
2.7. The User understands that he is individually responsible for errors in dates, selected flights and other essential details of transportation.
2.8. The information about transportation published on the portal is obtained by the Rightholder of the Program through the data exchange protocol with the Carrier's system, as well as from the web resource and other information resources of the Carrier, etc. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the incompleteness or unreliability of the information provided by the Carrier.
2.9. Information about the fare posted before booking is for reference purposes and can be changed by the Carrier or the booking system at the time of booking creation. The user has the full right to refuse to issue Electronic tickets in case of changes in their cost during the creation of the reservation.
2.10. The User independently places an Order for Electronic Tickets in the User's Personal Account.
2.11. The Order is processed automatically, the Rightholder of the Program does not execute the Order for the User, does not make any data, changes to the Order without User authorization.
2.12. The User undertakes to provide reliable and accurate in all respects data requested by the Program when making a reservation, assumes all legal and commercial risks associated with erroneous or deliberately false data provided when making a reservation.
2.13. The User understands that the indication of false information about the surname and name of the Passenger, as well as the date of his birth and documents that do not match the data in the identity document used in the carriage may lead to the refusal of the Carrier to provide the service.
2.14. The individual making the Order represents all Passengers of the Order, in connection with which all Passengers of the Order are considered informed about the conditions of boarding and travel on the train.
2.15. By the fact of payment, the User agrees to comply with the rules, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Carrier whose service he purchases. If the User does not understand the rules of the Carrier, the User undertakes to contact the CC of the Rightholder of the Program or the Carrier for clarification of information. The fact of payment and registration of PD by the User means acceptance of all relevant conditions, rules and restrictions of the Carrier and the applicable tariff.
2.16. The User must pay for the reserved Order within the time period specified in the User's Personal Account. If the User does not have time to make a payment within the specified time period, the Order is canceled and the booking procedure must be performed again.
2.17. In some cases, after making a payment when issuing an Electronic ticket, failures may occur, resulting in a change in the cost of a similar ticket when re-booking. In this case, the Rightholder of the Program undertakes to notify the User of the changes, not to issue a ticket without the User's explicit consent to the new conditions and to return the money paid in case the User refuses to purchase a ticket under the new conditions.
2.18. The rules for luggage carriage are governed by the Rules for Carriage of Passengers, Luggage, Cargo by Railway Transport (Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 473 dated 19.12.2013).
3.1. The Passenger may travel with children under 5 years of age without paying for them if the children do not take a separate seat. To travel with a child under 5 years of age when the child is not provided a separate seat, one needs to issue a free ticket.
3.2. In one Order, one adult can issue not more than one free ticket for a child.
3.3. Issuance of a free ticket depends on the technical features of the Program. If it is technically not possible to issue the above mentioned ticket through the Program, to issue such ticket, an adult Passenger with an identity document and a birth certificate for a child needs to contact the ticket window of the carrier.
3.4. Tickets for children from 5 to 7 years of age are purchased at a child rate.
3.5. Tickets for children from 5 years of age are purchased with the provision of a seat. In such case, the ticket is purchased at a child rate.
3.6. Tickets for children over 7 years of age are purchased at a standard rate.
3.7. The age of a child shall be determined on the day of the trip. If the child turns 7 on the departure day of the train departure, then a travel document (ticket) is issued for the child at the child rate.
3.8. If the child turns 5 on the day of the train departure, then a travel document (ticket) is issued for the child at the child rate. Otherwise, it is possible to issue a ticket at the child rate allowing to travel with the provision of a seat.
4.1. The User may finalize an Order for the Electronic Ticket for a conference room compartment if the high-speed suburban train of category 7000 with the provision of seats has such conference room compartments.
4.2. The maximum number of passengers, which can be specified upon finalization of an Order for a conference room compartment with reserved seats, is four (4). The Electronic Tickets issued for an adult passenger with the provision of seats as well as the Electronic Tickets issued at a child rate with the provision of seats are taken into account.
4.3. Children under 5 years of age are allowed to travel in the conference room compartment without a reserved seat but with issuance of a free Electronic Ticket for the child. One free child ticket for one child under 5 years of age may be issued under one ticket of an adult passenger. Ability to issue a free ticket for a child under 5 years of age depends on the technical features of the Program. If there is no technical capability to issue the above mentioned ticket in the Personal account of the User of the Program to issue such ticket, the passenger specified in the Order needs to contact the ticket window of the Carrier and present an identity document specified when finalizing the Order and a birth certificate or another identity document for the child.
4.4. The whole compartment shall be reserved and payed for regardless of the number of Passengers specified in the Order.
5.1. The return of the Electronic Ticket is made in the User's Personal Account.
5.2. To make a refund of an Electronic ticket, you need to perform the following operations:
5.3. The refund is made automatically by the Program.
5.4. Funds are returned to the bank card from which the payment was made within 7 to 30 days.
6.1. The return of unused e-tickets is made in accordance with the terms of tariffs and the rules for the return of travel documents of JSC "Russian Railways", the Rules for the carriage of Passengers, baggage, cargo by rail (approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 473 of 19.12.2013).
6.2. The refund of amounts for partially unused travel documents using the Program is not made.
6.3. It is possible to return an unused E-ticket for an express commuter train with the provision of seats in the User's Personal Account if it was issued through the Program and the ticket was not printed at the Carrier's ticket offices on the form of a Travel Document.
6.4. If the User has carried out electronic registration, the unused Electronic Ticket is returned at least 1 hour before the departure of the train from the starting station of the route.
6.5. When returning Electronic tickets issued in one Order to a carriage of any class, except for a business compartment, it is possible to return a ticket for one of the Passengers.
6.6. When returning E-tickets issued in a business compartment, the entire Order is refunded. It is not possible to return one ticket from a full Order.
6.7. The User who returns unused E-tickets on the website acts on behalf of all Passengers of the Order, in connection with which all Passengers of the Order are considered informed of the cancellation of the trip.
6.8. In case of cancellation of the departure of the train or delay of the departure of an early commuter train with the provision of seats for more than 1 hour from the Passenger's departure station, when returning an unused Electronic ticket before the departure of the train, the full fare is refunded to the User.
6.9. In case of return of an unused Electronic Ticket no later than two hours before the departure of a fast commuter train with the provision of seats, the User will be refunded the full fare.
6.10. If an unused E-ticket is returned less than 2 hours before the departure of the train, 50% of the fare will be refunded to the User.
6.11. For the refund operation, the Rightholder of the Program charges an additional Remuneration in the amount of 150 rubles. for a ticket with a seat, 150 rubles. for a compartment-meeting room.
6.12. The Carrier's Service Fee may be set for the return operation by the Carrier.
7.1. An electronic ticket issued through the Program is not valid for boarding and traveling on high-speed suburban trains without passing Electronic registration.
7.2. Electronic ticket registration is carried out automatically when tickets are issued using the Program.
8.1. Tickets for high-speed commuter trains with the provision of seats are not exchanged. If it is necessary to make changes to an Electronic Document, a refund is made and a new Electronic Document is issued.
8.2. Tickets for high-speed suburban trains with the provision of seats using the Program are not reissued.
To issue a ticket for Aeroexpress trains, the User performs the following actions:
1.1. Sets the desired direction and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects a flight suitable according to the schedule and cost from the list of suggested options. The price is based on the 1st standard adult Passenger.
1.3. Selects the transportation tariff according to the desired services and conditions of use.
1.4. Sets the required number of Passengers and their type (adults, children).
1.5. Enters Passenger data or selects them from previously saved ones.
1.6. Receives booking confirmation.
1.7. Checks and confirms the correctness of all data in the booking: date and time, direction, departure and arrival stations, personal, passport and contact details of Passengers, the cost of the Order.
1.8. Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage, the rules for the application of the tariff and the level of services included in the tariff (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them).
1.9. Pays For The Order.
1.10. Receives Transportation documents and fiscal receipt in the User's Personal Account and by e-mail.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program, through the Program, I grant the User the right to issue Electronic Tickets for Aeroexpress trains, and also using the Program, it is possible to carry out ticket refund operations. 2.3. The information about transportation published on the portal is obtained by the Rightholder of the Program through the data exchange protocol with the Carrier's system, as well as from the web resource and other information resources of the Carrier, etc. The Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the incompleteness or unreliability of the information provided by the Carrier.
2.4. The information about the fare posted before booking is for reference purposes and can be changed by the Carrier or the booking system at the time of booking creation. The user has the full right to refuse to issue tickets in case of a change in their cost during the creation of the reservation.

If the User does not understand the rules of the Carrier, the User undertakes to contact the CC of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC or the Carrier to clarify the information. The fact of payment and registration of PD by the User means acceptance of all relevant conditions, rules and restrictions of the Carrier and the applicable tariff.

3.1. The Passenger may travel with children under 5 years of age without
paying for their trip. It is not necessary to issue a ticket for children under 5 years of age.
3.2. Tickets for children from 5 to 7 years of age are purchased at a child rate.
3.3. Tickets for children over 7 years of age are purchased at a standard rate.
3.4. The age of a child shall be determined on the day of the trip. If the child turns 7 on the departure day of the train departure, then a travel document (ticket) is issued for the child at the child rate.
4.1. The User requests a refund of the Aeroexpress train ticket through the User's Personal Account.
4.2. The refund is made automatically.
4.3. The Remuneration of 1.35% of the ticket price is withheld for the return of Aeroexpress train tickets.
4.4. The refund of the cost of the ticket unused by the Passenger for a one-time trip on the Aeroexpress electric train is possible if the following conditions are met:
4.4.1. the ticket has been paid for and issued through the Program.
4.4.2. the passage through the turnstile was not carried out. If there was a passage of at least one ticket from the Order, a refund is not allowed.
4.4.3. for a standard class carriage – until 23:59 of the day preceding the day of the trip.
4.4.4. for a business class car - 3 hours before the departure of the train specified in the itinerary receipt. A refund for an unused Travel Document (ticket) is made to the card/bank account from which the payment was made.
To issue a bus ticket, the User shall perform the following actions:
1.1. Sets the desired direction and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects a flight suitable according to the schedule and cost from the list of suggested options. The price is based on the 1st standard adult Passenger.
1.3. Enters Passenger data or selects them from previously saved for the required number of people.
1.4. Receives booking confirmation.
1.5. Checks and confirms the correctness of all data in the booking: date and time, direction, departure and arrival points, personal, passport and contact details of Passengers, the cost of the Order.
1.6. Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage.
1.7. Pays For The Order.
1.8. Receives Transportation documents and fiscal receipt in the User's Personal Account and by e-mail.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue Electronic bus tickets, and also with the use of the Program, it is possible to carry out operations for the return of bus tickets. The rightholder of the Program is not a party to the contract of carriage under which the Carrier and the Passenger have obligations.
2.2. Before issuing a bus ticket, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of the contract of carriage, the requirements of current legislation, the rules for the application of the tariff, the conditions of return.
2.3. The information about transportation published on the portal is obtained by the Rightholder of the Program through data exchange protocols from third-party systems, which include booking systems, global distribution systems, inventory systems, web resources and other information resources of Carriers, etc. With the exception of cases expressly provided for by law, the Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the incompleteness or unreliability of the information provided by the Carrier.
2.4. The information about the fare posted before booking is for reference purposes and can be changed by the Carrier or the booking system at the time of booking creation. The user has the full right to refuse to issue tickets in case of a change in their cost during the creation of the reservation.
2.5. The User independently orders a bus ticket. The Order is processed automatically, the Rightholder of the Program does not execute the Order for the User, does not make any data, changes to the Order without User authorization.
2.6. The User undertakes to provide reliable and accurate in all respects data requested by the Program when making a reservation, assumes all legal and commercial risks associated with erroneous or deliberately false data provided when making a reservation.
2.7. The User understands that the indication of false information about the surname and name of the passenger, as well as the date of his birth and documents that do not match the data in the identity document used in the carriage may lead to the refusal of the Carrier to provide the service. 2.8. The User understands that the indication of incorrect information about the identity document, such as the number and expiration date, may lead to additional fees on the part of the Carrier and additional Remuneration of the Rightholder of the Program for making changes to the booking.
2.9. The User understands that in case of incorrect, irrelevant or knowingly false contact details, neither the Carrier nor the Rightholder of the Program are responsible for the inability to bring to the attention of Passengers and the User information about changes in the schedule, cancellation or delay of flights, emergencies and other important information about the flight.
2.10. The User understands that he is individually responsible for errors in dates, selected flights and other essential details of transportation.
2.11. When placing an Order for bus transportation on international flights, the User undertakes to ensure the availability of a visa for travel along the entire route for all Passengers, including, but not limited to, the availability of transit visas for travel through the territory of the countries included in the flight route, and independently clarify the rules of the visa regime of the states to / from / through which they pass the journey. In case of violation of the visa regime, customs, immigration and other rules of the states to / from / through the territory of which the route of Passengers passes by the corresponding Order, these Passengers may be deported.
2.12. The User must pay for the booked Order within the time period specified in the User's Personal Account. If the User does not have time to make a payment within the specified time period, the Order is canceled and the booking procedure must be performed again.
2.13. By the fact of payment, the User agrees to comply with the rules, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Carrier whose service he/she purchases (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them of the Carrier's specified requirements). If the User does not understand the rules of the Carrier, the User undertakes to contact the CC of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC to clarify the information. The fact of payment and registration of PD by the User means acceptance of all relevant conditions, rules and restrictions of the Carrier and the applicable tariff.
2.14. In some cases, after making a payment when issuing a bus ticket, failures may occur, resulting in a change in the cost of a similar ticket when re-booking. In this case, the Rightholder of the Program undertakes to notify the User of the changes, not to issue a ticket without the User's explicit consent to the new conditions and to return the money paid in case the User refuses to purchase a ticket under the new conditions.
2.15. Before booking tickets, the User is obliged to independently verify that there are no duplicate bookings both in the Program and in other systems and on third-party sites. The Carrier has the right to cancel all "double bookings" made for the same surnames, including for paid Orders.
2.16. The program does not provide the possibility of registration of travel for children under 6 years old who do not occupy a separate seat.
2.17. Booking is not required for children under 2 years old who do not occupy a separate seat.
2.18. The Rightholder of the Program acts as an agent of Carriers when booking and issuing Electronic Bus Tickets. When issuing a ticket, the Rightholder of the Program charges the Remuneration. The Remuneration is included in the Order price. The Remuneration is non-refundable after placing and paying for the Order.
2.19. The passenger is obliged to have a printed ticket with him, as well as to present the documents for which the ticket was issued upon boarding. In the absence of a printed ticket or a discrepancy between the data in the ticket and the document, the Carrier has the right to refuse boarding the flight.
2.20. The rules of baggage transportation on the territory of the Russian Federation are regulated by Federal Law No. 259-FZ dated 08.11.2007 "Charter of motor transport and urban ground electric transport".
2.21. The Program does not provide services for booking an additional piece of luggage. The transportation of an additional piece of luggage is booked and paid at the bus station before boarding the bus.
3.1. The return of the bus ticket is made in the User's Personal Account.
3.2. In order to issue a refund of a bus ticket, it is necessary:

3.4. The funds are returned to the bank card from which the payment was made within the time limits set by the issuing bank.
4.1. A refund of the issued bus tickets for the trips within the Russian Federation shall be in accordance with Federal Law No. 259-FZ dated 08.11.2007 "Charter of motor transport and city ground-based electric transport".
4.2. If the flight is cancelled for technical reasons or the flight is delayed for more than an hour, the refund is made according to the rules of the Carrier.
4.3. If the ticket refund is initiated by the Passenger, the following deductions are made:

4.5. The return of issued bus tickets of international Carriers is made in accordance with the Rules of Application of the Carrier's Tariffs.
4.6. Remuneration and other fees for issuing bus tickets will not be refunded upon return.
4.7. The Remuneration of 50 rubles is charged for the refund operation initiated by the Passenger.
4.7.1. No Remuneration is charged for the refund operation initiated by the Carrier. The Remuneration for ticket registration is not refundable.
4.8. Features of ticket refund:
4.8.1. in case of delay for the flight, it is necessary to record the time of the request to the point of departure with a stamp indicating the date, time and signature of the responsible employee.
4.8.2. in case of a flight delay of more than an hour, it is necessary to record the flight departure delay time with a stamp indicating the date, time and signature of the responsible employee.
4.8.3. contact the CC of ONELIYA TECHNOLOGY LLC (the Rightholder of the Program) and receive an application form for a refund.
4.8.4. fill out an application for a refund and send it to the email address support@tripandfly.ru .
4.8.5. Applications are considered within 10 working days.
To issue electronic tickets for inland waterway transport, the User performs the following actions:
1.1. Sets the desired direction and dates in the search form.
1.2. Selects a flight and a place suitable according to the schedule and cost from the list of suggested options. The price is based on the 1st standard adult Passenger.
1.3. Sets the required number of Passengers and their type (adults, children with seats, children without seats), selects seats for them. If the Carrier provides a vessel with free seating for the flight along the route chosen by the User, then the choice of seats is not made.
1.4. Enters Passenger data or selects them from previously saved ones.
1.5. Receives booking confirmation.
1.6. Checks and confirms the correctness of all data in the booking: date and time, direction, passport data of Passengers, the cost of the Order.
1.7. Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage, the rules for the application of the tariff and the level of services included in the tariff (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them).
1.8. Pays For The Order.
1.9. Receives Transportation documents and fiscal receipt in the User's Personal Account and by e-mail.
2.1. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue Electronic tickets for water transport.
2.2. The Program does not refund an unused ticket for water transport. To return an unused ticket, the User needs to contact the Carrier.
2.3. The Rightholder of the Program is not a party to the contract of carriage under which the Carrier and the Passenger have obligations.
2.4. These Rules are informational in nature. Before issuing a ticket for water transport, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of the contract of carriage and regulatory documents regulating the rules and procedure for the carriage of passengers and their luggage by water transport.
2.5. The information about transportation published on the portal is obtained by the Rightholder of the Program through data exchange protocols from third-party systems, which include booking systems, web resources and other information resources of Carriers, etc. With the exception of cases expressly provided for by law, the Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the incompleteness or unreliability of the information provided by the Carrier.
2.6. Information about the fare posted before booking is for reference purposes and can be changed by the Carrier or the booking system at the time of booking creation. The user has the full right to refuse to issue tickets in case of a change in their cost during the creation of the reservation.
2.7. The User independently orders a ticket for water transport. The Order is processed automatically, the Rightholder of the Program does not execute the Order for the User, does not make any data, changes to the Order.
2.8. The User undertakes to provide reliable and accurate in all respects data requested by the Program when making a reservation, assumes all legal and commercial risks associated with erroneous or deliberately false data provided when making a reservation.
2.9. The User understands that the indication of false information about the surname and name of the passenger, as well as the date of his birth and documents that do not match the data in the identity document used in the carriage may lead to the refusal of the Carrier to provide the service.
2.10. The User understands that he is individually responsible for errors in dates, selected flights and other essential details of transportation.
2.11. Through the Program, the sale of tickets for the following water transport routes is organized: Suburban routes and Sightseeing and walking routes. The Carrier is responsible for the availability and conduct of excursions on board vehicles operating on sightseeing and walking routes.
2.12. Transportation of Passengers and their baggage is carried out on the basis of a passenger transportation agreement. Confirmation of the conclusion of the Passenger transportation contract is an Electronic ticket.
2.13. The purchased ticket is valid for Passenger travel only on the vessel, at the time and to the point indicated in the ticket. The ticket must be kept by the Passenger until the end of the trip.
2.14. Transportation of Passengers (groups of Passengers) in the directions "There" and "Back" is issued by separate tickets.
2.15. The User has the right to purchase an Electronic ticket for a passenger seat of any category for travel to any port specified in the schedule of ships or announced on the route of the vessel. If the Carrier provides a vessel with free seating for the flight on the route chosen by the User, then it is impossible to choose a seat when booking. When placed in the cabin of the vessel, the Passenger independently takes a seat from the available unoccupied seats.
2.16. The Rightholder of the Program acts as an agent of Carriers when booking and issuing Electronic Tickets for water transport. When issuing a ticket, the Rightholder of the Program charges the Remuneration. The Remuneration is included in the total cost of the Order. After placing an Order, the Remuneration is non-refundable.
2.17. By the fact of payment and registration of the PD, the User agrees to comply with the rules, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Carrier whose service he purchases, as well as the rules of the applicable tariff (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them about the specified requirements of the Carrier).
2.18. The User must pay for the booked Order within the time period specified in the User's Personal Account. If the User does not have time to make a payment within the specified time period, the Order is canceled and the booking procedure must be performed again.
2.19. When boarding the ship, the passenger must have a printed ticket with him, as well as present the documents for which the ticket was issued upon boarding. In the absence of a printed ticket or a discrepancy between the data in the ticket and the document, the Carrier has the right to refuse boarding the flight.
2.20. When a child with a children's ticket is traveling, he is provided with a separate seat. The age of the child is determined in accordance with the birth certificate on the day of the start of transportation.
2.21. Transportation of minors under the age of 14 years inclusive is carried out accompanied by a capable passenger, except in cases of travel of students using water transport to visit educational institutions. Minors over the age of 14 may be transported unaccompanied by a capable passenger.
2.22. The Program provides the User with the opportunity to issue children's tickets. For children aged 0 to 5 years, a ticket is issued without providing a seat. The carrier may charge a fee for life insurance for the duration of the trip for issuing a ticket.
2.23. An electronic ticket is issued for a child aged 5 to 10 years at the "children's" tariff according to the current tariffs.
2.24. When issuing a child's ticket, as well as when boarding a vehicle, it is necessary to provide a birth certificate of the child.
2.25. The carrier has the right to impose a restriction on the minimum age of a child who can be transported on a vessel serving an excursion, walking and tourist route.
2.26. The rules of baggage transportation and the list of prohibited items and cargo are regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 140 dated 05.05.2012 "On approval of the Rules for the carriage of passengers and their luggage on inland waterway transport".
2.27. The Passenger's carriage of hand luggage, small pets and birds in accordance with the "Code of Inland Waterway Transport of the Russian Federation" dated 07.03.2001 No. 24-FZ is issued with a baggage receipt (a document that is intended for registration and documentary evidence of the fact of receiving his baggage from the passenger for further transportation, delivery on arrival). The program does not issue baggage receipts.

Gets acquainted with and accepts the rules of carriage, the rules for the application of the tariff and the set and cost of services, both included in the tariffs of Carriers included in the route, and additional and Accompanying ones booked by the User for a fee (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them).

2.1. The Rightholder of the Program provides an opportunity to select a route from the point of departure to the destination, performed by 2 or more modes of transport, which suits the User in terms of cost, travel time, number and duration of transfers. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue Transportation Documents and Related Services related to transportation, as well as provides an opportunity for processing the exchange and return of Transportation documents and changing the Intermodal route.
2.2. The Rightholder of the Program through the Program grants the User the right to issue an insurance policy for an intermodal trip, providing reimbursement for unused travel documents in case of cancellation of one of the transportation segments / violation of the terms of the previous segments from the Order. The inclusion in the Order and payment of such an insurance policy is recommended by the Rightholder of the Program, but it remains at the discretion of the User and if the User refuses to insure an intermodal trip, neither the User nor the Passengers in whose name the User purchased travel documents can demand compensation from the Rightholder of the Program.
2.3. The Rightholder of the Program is not a party to the contracts of carriage under which the Carrier and the Passenger have obligations.
2.4. The User is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules of all Carriers included in the route, the Rules for the Application of the Tariff, the conditions for the return and exchange of selected services.
2.5. The information about transportation published on the portal is obtained by the Rightholder of the Program through data exchange protocols from third-party systems, which include booking systems, global distribution systems, inventory systems, web resources and other information resources of Carriers, etc. With the exception of cases expressly provided for by law, the Rightholder of the Program is not responsible for the incompleteness or unreliability of the information provided by the Carriers.
2.6. Information about the cost of the route posted before booking is for reference purposes and can be changed by Carriers or booking systems at the time of booking creation. The user has the full right to refuse to issue Transportation documents for the route in case of a change in the cost during the creation of the reservation.
2.7. The User independently places an Order for Transportation documents. The Order is processed automatically, the Rightholder of the Program does not execute the Order for the User, does not make any data, changes to the Order without User authorization.
2.8. The User undertakes to provide reliable and accurate in all respects data requested by the Program when making a reservation, assumes all legal and commercial risks associated with erroneous or deliberately false data provided when making a reservation.
2.9. The User understands that the indication of false information about the surname and name of the Passenger, as well as the date of his birth, which do not coincide with the data in the identity document used in the carriage, may lead to the refusal of the Carrier to provide the service. The renewal of such tickets is carried out in accordance with the rules of the Carrier.
2.10. The User understands that the indication of incorrect information about the identity document, such as the number and expiration date, may lead to additional fees from the Carrier and additional Remuneration of the Rightholder of the Program for making changes to the booking.
2.11. The User understands that in case of incorrect or irrelevant contact data, neither the Carrier nor the Program Rightholder are responsible for the inability to inform Passengers and the User about changes in the schedule, cancellation or delay of flights, emergencies and other important information about the flight.
2.12. The User understands that he is individually responsible for errors in dates, selected flights and other essential details of transportation.
2.13. The rules for the application of the tariff are published by the Rightholder of the Program in the booking information and are available for review by clicking on the active link of the tariff code. The Rightholder of the Program receives the content of the rules from the Carrier's booking systems and transmits them "as is".
2.14. When placing an Order for a route including international flights, the User undertakes to ensure the availability of visas to travel along the entire route for all Passengers, including, but not limited to, the availability of transit visas to travel through the territory of foreign states, and independently clarify the rules of the visa regime of the states to / from / through which their journey passes. In case of violation of the visa regime, customs, immigration and other rules of the states to / from / through the territory of which the route of passengers passes on the corresponding Order, these passengers may be deported.
2.15. The User must pay for the booked Order within the time period specified in the User's Personal Account. If the User does not have time to make a payment within the specified time period, the Order is canceled and the procedure for selecting and booking the route must be performed again.
2.16. By the fact of payment, the User agrees to comply with the rules, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Carriers whose transportation and services he/she purchases (including in the case of actions in the interests of third parties, undertakes to inform them of the Carrier's specified requirements). If the User does not understand the rules of the Carrier, the User undertakes to contact the CC of the Rightholder of the Program or the Carrier for clarification of information. The fact of payment and registration of PD by the User means acceptance of all relevant conditions, rules and restrictions of the Carrier and the applicable tariff.
2.17. In case of a failure when making payment and issuing Transportation documents, entailing the need to re-book the route, there may be situations when the cost of Transportation documents increases. In this case, the Rightholder of the Program undertakes to notify the User of the changes, not to extract the Transportation Documents without the User's explicit consent to the new conditions and the new cost, and in case the User refuses to purchase the entire route or a separate flight in it on new terms, to return the money paid.
2.18. The Rightholder of the Program acts as an agent of Carriers and Suppliers when booking and issuing Electronic Tickets and Related Services for Intermodal Transportation. When issuing a ticket, the Rightholder of the Program charges the Remuneration. The Remuneration is included in the Order price. The Remuneration is non-refundable after placing and paying for the Order.
3.1. Return/exchange of Transportation documents is made in the User's Personal Account. To make an application for the return of Transportation documents, it is necessary:
3.2. The refund is made after receiving the User's consent to the terms of the refund, penalties of the Carrier and Remuneration for making a refund in the Personal Account.
3.3. The funds are returned to the bank card from which the payment was made.
4.1.The return of Transportation documents is carried out strictly in accordance with the rules of the Carriers, according to the procedures for each type of transport described in Annexes No. 1-6 to this Offer.
4.2. If the refund is caused by the actions of one of the Carriers included in the route (schedule changes, cancellation of one of the transportation segments, violations of the terms of previous segments), as a result of which it became impossible to complete the route within the time limits that suit the User, the return of electronic tickets and other Transportation documents for flights of other Carriers involved in the route, it is considered voluntary and occurs in accordance with the rules of Carriers. Compensation for unused Transportation documents in this case is possible only in the form of an insurance payment if the User has previously purchased an appropriate insurance policy along with the route.
5.1. Changes to the Intermodal route are made in the Personal Account. To send a request for changes, you must:

5.3. In agreement with the terms of the exchange and the surcharge, the User will need to make an additional payment within the specified time. Payment is possible by any bank card.
5.4. After confirming the exchange payment, new Transportation documents, electronic documents, fiscal receipts will be available in the User's Personal Account and sent to the email address specified at the initial booking.
6.1. Changes in the route and the resulting exchanges/ returns of Transportation documents are made strictly in accordance with the rules of the Carriers, according to the procedures for each type of transport described in Annexes No. 1-6 to this offer.
6.2. If the need for changes / refunds is caused by the actions of one of the Carriers included in the route (schedule changes, cancellation of one of the transportation segments, violation of the terms of previous segments), changes in relation to the segments of other Carriers are considered voluntary and occur in accordance with the rules of the Carriers. Payment for changes is the responsibility of the User. Compensation for the costs of changing Transportation documents in this case is possible only in the form of an insurance payment if the User has previously purchased an appropriate insurance policy along with the route.
